Thrifted Jacket - Would this work?

Thrifted this jacket and while I like it, I've never had an odd jacket, so I'm trying to figure out how to combine it before I decide if I want to keep it and probably bring it to my tailor (shorten arms a tad bit, maybe add double vents to make it fall a bit better in the back). Do the oxblood boots work? Or would a simple brown Oxford or Loafer be the better choice?

Help!! What kind of bottoms can I wear with this shirt? Going to a rave-like music festival.

The bottoms look weird with the top and not really the loook I was going for anyway- what else can I wear with it? I was thinking pink bathing suit bottoms and a mesh coverup, but idk. I need to order something today so it will be here In time- any of my rave girlies in here?
