I resigned so why is it showing this

I resigned from Walmart because they didn't have a schedule to accommodate with my full-time job and in my area they are only doing part time for 90 days then they decide on if they want to switch you to full-time (if any are available in your department). However I made it clear to my team lead and it was the day I was supposed to start the videos on the computer she did tell me that she would cut a check for the previous day of orientation within 4 hours as I lived down the street but I never got it and she never called me it's been about a week since then. But she and I were both clear about my resignation. What should I do ... Does this mean they haven't let me go ... PS I am unable to access the me@walmart app because the password given to us didn't work so that day I went in they were supposed to give me a new one but never did so I don't have any access to that app to check myself

I was mopping and as I got to the right side of the vents I accidentally almost slipped in the metal vents I don’t like doing this but don’t wanna get yelled at for not doing it
