With permission from my fiancée. This tattoo which was to honor his late mom was paid for at 17 with $40 and a trip to Burger King. Soon to be covered up, thank god. Also this is not a blurry photo; it actually looks like this.

This guy got tatted so rough he was literally shaking. The dry ass paper towel likely didn't help.
