Replacing Briggs 7340 Rear outlet toilet

What about it?

I am in a situation where I can't afford a lot of money to replace the Briggs rear outlet toilet from 1980s. Got a quote from a plumber who asked for $1200 for parts+labor. It is a bit too high for my budget. Ideally I could spend $600 total for replacing this toilet. What are my options? Thanks.

Copper Pipe drippings

What about it?

The house is from the 50’s and just noticed this corner pipe has calcified. The water starts to collect into a drop and has been dripping on the door frame below. Just kinda wondering if that piece can be replaced without replacing the whole pipe or if there’s an easier fix to put around it. Thanks in advance everyone!

Is there enough “meat” here to make connections for sink lines?

Cabinets installed, This was the most height that was allowable with the existing pipes . Is there enough space for a plumber to make connections either copper or pex? Off the bottom to the top of the shark bite is 1 ½”.. There’s maybe an extra ½” of vertical movement but that’s pushing it… Thoughts?

Rumbling when hot water on

So quite recently there is a loud rumbling when I turn my hot water on. I've read it could be due to high water pressure, but its only just started doing it out of nowhere. I've checked my mains and can't see what I know to be a pressure regulator valve. This (photo) is under my kitchen sink, is the pressure valve? If not can anyone help me understand how to lower my water pressure please?
