Outdoor Hose Bib Repair

What about it?

Advice for the best way to fix this? Even though the dark hole area looks like it goes all the way through it does still have some kind of hard foam style insulation inside, but the entire hose bib is loose and as you can see definitely needs to be repaired and properly reattached to the house. Too difficult for a DIY or is this something I can handle?

Gas line

What about it?

Bottom valve I can take out but doesn’t shut off gas. Top right is seized but the nut on the top left I can move… I just want to replace gas line to hook up new stove… any ideas??

Backflow Preventer Install

What about it?

I’m trying to install a simple 3” backflow preventer. My drain has these two plastic drain tubes drains (one is from the furnace) that are in the way. Do I have no choice but to cut them? There is also some concrete that has to be chipped away to open it up.

American Standard toilet about 6 years old. At 2am this morning a flush turned into a gusher and found a large piece of ceramic on the floor, then found this hole. New white toilet high rise is $300, new almond colored one $1200. Guess which one I need……

Installing UV sweater sterilizer in my house, when threading stainless into copper, do I need to use a specific thread seal? Is this even right way to do it? Please advise. Thanks

Do I need a professional or is this an easy fix?

Sink was installed a few years ago. Recently we noticed water under the sink and realized it was due to a small gap in the pipes. Is this something I could fix myself with some sort of sealant or do I need a professional plumber to handle this?

Pipe to my dishwasher is leaking

Moving into my apartment, there is a small leak as soon as it pumps out. The pipe is the dirty water. Can somebody help me to fix this?

Is this typical of water heater plumbing? Needing to replace that cracked elbow and raised my eyebrow at this.

What about it?

I accidentally mood over this pipe. It didn’t seem like that much plastic, but it is cut jagged and crooked. I bought 34 inch options, and nothing works. How do I fix this? Thank you!
