I was doing problems today and I got this one that I just don't understand. Apparently the right move is pushing the g pawn, and pushing the e pawn loses on the spot. The problem is I just don't understand why, what is the difference? In each case white can't stop the promotion. Thank you

Lichess ( Stockfish 14+) says that the best move, or at least one of them, is Bf1 and i genuinely dont get this, is it to fianchetto my bishop on g2? That would be my only thought
