What is a move like this called?

It's my first time playing a pre-emptive king safety move. Have seen professionals playing them quite often. Wanted to play f4, but it allows Qb6 check. Even if I couldn't see anything too dangerous about it opponent has a dark squared bishop too so it's inevitable that I have to move the king to safety sooner or later. Figured it's better to do it now as there's nothing critical going on than later to face some fork.

The trade is exactly what I want instead of greedy Qb5. Two rooks vs one rook endgame sounds great. Marking this as inaccuracy seems wild
