Freedom costs a buck-o-five… silly matching tattoos with my partner & our tattoo artist / BFF (the tattoos themselves aren’t shitty IMO, but the concept is pure dumbassery — though none of us have any regerts)

I love Stranger Things but this tattoo is not it

Maybe not your typical shitty tattoo but the proportions are really weird and the shading makes it so you can’t really tell where the background begins and the motive starts

So yeah, I know they're going for some sort of 'worn out, vintage, grungy' type style that draws inspiration from bruises and scratches etc. Usually when there's a specific vision behind the tattoo that the artist successfully achieves, I'd say ATBGE, but in this case I seriously can't get behind it lol. When their ad came up on insta I literally thought it was an ad for a tattoo removal service and these were pics from the healing stages straight after lasering...

Keep forgetting this thing even exists. Give me a reason to remember it
