I like to poop in front of the litter box

What about it?

Looking for some advice on this orange. He’s 2 now and for the last year he’s been pooping on the floor right in front of the box. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Changing litter, new box, uncovered box, covered box. He will pee in the box, and when he poops he scoops litter out of the box and poops on the little pile he made. It’s driving me mad and I don’t know what to do next. I’ve taken him to the vet 3 times and they said he’s fine. Is there anything else I can try?

11 in a few days and I don't think it ever was his turn. All he wants is to cuddle all the time. He says Hi 😁

She sits out on the patio in 100 degree heat and just soaks it up and cooks like a rotisserie chicken, slowly rotating herself.
