I love this picture of my dog, but can someone please make him look less... excited? Will tip (no pun intended)

I'm starting a band with my college friends. I was able to create this logo with bing but the problem with it is the bottom of the letter E is non-visible due smoke. If you can fix that and also sharpen the photo we would be so glad sadly I am not able to tip anything (broke college student)
