Craving a nice, warm Apple Pie

Neighbors have an apple tree in their backyard and gifted us some beautiful apples, so I decided to make them a pie, and a couple handpies for us.

So I just used my regular cheesecake recipe and added oreo bits and Crust. But it came out extra firm and a bit overcooked maybe? Not a terrible first attempt but I'm not sure why it cooked extra this time

I looked away for a moment after I released the springform pan and he took the opportunity to turn the cake over and slice it into this beauty.

I made an upside down plum cake!

I really only made this because I had a ton of plums that were about to go bad but I think it turned out really nice looking and it tastes great!

I made a birthday cake for my friend, with layers of pâté sablée and mascarpone whipped cream filling. Always wanted to try my hand at this style and I am so happy with how it turned out!
