Co worker told me it's horrible

A co worker told me the execution is bad when I got this tattoo years ago (this is the photo she saw, was taken pretty much a day after I got it, if I remember correctly). Idea/Design was by me, tattoo artist did some minimal changes. So my question is is it shitty/horrible?
