Best way to reach DD support about this?
I sometimes receive notices that I've contacted DD support when I haven't. How do I report this to DD in an effective way? (In the past I've had the best luck while on my dash, but i'm not dashing today). I'm concerned that someone is either trying to use my number or might try to change my account password.
Order Canceled (stolen)
I placed an order today and I’ve never had this happen. A lady called me from Door Dash (it was not my driver) called me and said “Your door dash order was stolen while your dasher was waiting and is now canceled.†I’ve never had this happen before. Is this usual? Seems odd.
DD support insists that my completion rate was lowered due to declining offers?
My completion rate went from 95% to 94% today despite not unassigning any orders. I ended this chat with support, called in, and was told that if I decline 3 orders in a row that it will count as an unassign. They said there are no supervisors available and basically I'm SOL. Does any of this make any fucking sense?
