What kind of bug is this I found in Algonquin park (Ontario). It was the size of my thumb and was moving fairly quickly.

I found this guy at 4 am in my bathroom. I live in the Western US in a desert climate. I have seen two adult oriental cockroaches outside my house and one inside.
