Artist says my friend is buggin

This isn't technically a shitty tattoo but it belongs here. I've seen some dirty in-home set ups but never in my life have i seen someone tattooing out of a pickup truck!

For context- this guy on fb posted a pic of a tat he did on himself in prison, and when told that he should get a real machine, he posted this in the comments to show that he has one and added that the customer asked to be tattooed outside. This, to me, was worse than the actual tattoo he did in prison 😂
