High-concept plating I'm afraid to share on kitchenconfidential...

Mashed punk with crispy potato skin liberty hawk and garlic emulsion glaze with havarti face mask turning his back on beet greens to fall in love with seared prime tenderloin over a Peruvian jam and potato anarchy symbol with a mustard puree motif. It's my partner's birthday and we had fun with plating leftovers. Happy bday Jimi.

Work sure loves feeding us dry food

Failed to make kimchi cheesy fried rice. I almost puked from all the lard in it.

Mayo is Kewpie. The taste is okay. Just the texture isn't what it's supposed to be at all.
