So I heard having your desktop placed in the carpet is a bad idea, will this work?

New PC and nothing loads please help

Recently “upgraded” but it definitely doesn’t feel that way. Ever since the new Mobo/CPU/main drive we’re change the computer takes 4-5 minutes to boot which was annoying but once it was up and running it was amazing. But now when it boots nothing loads, maybe for a moment when it first loads windows I can manage to launch one program but that’s about it. Nothing in the program will load even if it’s up. Task manager won’t load either not sure what to do.

It was going smoothly then it just stopped for a hour and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take a hour to extract a grimme file but it’s the disk version and I didn’t really know how to download it in the first place. If anyone could help us appreciate it Ps sorry about the quality I don’t have internet to post from my computer so I have to use my phone for rn
