Im so sorry this is a lot to read Ive been in apparel for six months and pretty much since my first month working here, theyve retaliated. They tell me not to talk to coaches or eithics about anything and get mad when im near a coach or walkie for one. They often put me as the resident fitting room person. I do not like this but i still do it. I know my duties as a fitting room person and i do them but my team leads constantly pull me to tell me i dont do good enough. Part of the issue is actually the fact that they gave me impossible to follow rules while putting me in the fitting room, rules that cant be done together at once. They only use these rules with and enforce them with me and my fellow associates think these rules are bs. My every day consists of getting returns, putting those returns away, letting customers in the fitting room, answering the phone, zoning the department and whatever else they tell me to do. In our rulebook im pretty sure it says to get returns every hour, they tell me to get them every fifteen minutes. They tell me not to leave returns and to immediately put them away, if i go put them away that means i have to go elsewhere in the apparel department, not at the fitting room. They tell me to stay at and around the fitting room at all times. If i go get and put away returns properly, i cant always be at the fitting room, i sometimes cant answer the phone either because im too far away. I often try to run to the phone but cant make it in time. They tell me not to leave returns for anyone else, they mean not to leave them on the table or leave them at the returns bins at the front end. If i am to constantly be at the fitting room, how can i put them away without leaving them for a second while a customer is in a room. They also get me about the womens being messy and not zoned, how can i zone it if i am to be at the fitting room at all times and getting returns every fifteen minutes. I cant constantly be at the fitting room, helping customer and answering the phone, while doing returns every fifteen minutes and zoning but they seem to expect me to do all of these at once. They always tell me how bad at it i am. If im so bad at this stuff, why am i the one being put in the fitting room all the time? We have other people who can do it, we have someone with the title “fitting room associate” while my title is “apparel associate” yet shes never put on the fitting room, i am. Not to mention, they dont care about me as a worker, i know this because they tell me not to leave returns or a mess for anyone coming in after my shift, but people leave things for me all the time. They get returns and drop them off at the fitting room for me to do and often i walk in first thing at seven in the morning and see returns in the bucket, returns on the table, returns on that rack on the cart, yet no one seems to care if its left for me. They also tell me not to “ignore the phones” when they do it constantly, they will stand at the fitting room while it rings and do nothing. Im sick of them telling me they care about me and that they want to help me when they show the opposite with their actions. They tell me they dont want me to quit, they dont want me fired, they care about me, if they did they would realize what they do is wrong and stop. They haven’t stopped. The other day they pulled me to the ad office to tell me i havent been following their impossible rules. After that i got a notification from workday that led me to what is pictured. Now if i try to open this, it doesnt allow me to, i wasnt originally supposed to be able to access it i think. Ive been trying to transfer to another department but i have 4.5 points, some of which are illegitimate so i talked to a coach about this whole thing and he said hed help me with this but nothing has changed. What do i do ???

PTO question

i have been working at walmart for almost 2 months, hired 07/09. the other day i was sick and decided to use PPTO so i could leave early. one of my coworkers was showing me how to do it and he noticed i still hadn’t acquired any regular PTO because i asked him how often and how much regular PTO do we get. he told me that i definitely should have regular PTO. i asked my coach (TL Is on vacay) and she wasn’t 100% sure but said she’s pretty sure that i’m “already acquiring it but won’t have access to it, nor will it show up until my 90 days or something” is this true? or is something messed up because i’ve been getting ppto every paycheck. i’m a full time associate
