Compost Advice

I have this in a wheel barrow all year and wondering how to get it to compost. It has grass, bush and apples. I don’t want to have to buy something to put it in.

Question regarding starting a small row crop operation.

Took a plunge and bought a tractor (1948 8N) the other day. The deal was great. No implements yet other than a mower. I’m interested in beginning a row crop operation, intention is organic and I would love to explore no-till options, but kind of floundering with where to start and what equipment I’ll need. Going to be small, maybe a half acre to start. Anybody have any recommendations or advice? I was eyeing a good deal On an old cultivator and seed drill but I don’t want to start tearing up turf until I have a reasonable plan for weed control that doesn’t involve spraying.
