Hot water recirculating pump fail?

So I have a Grundflos UP 10-16 PM recirculating hot water pump and system that has worked well for 7 years. But no more. Hot water in the shower stopped. I switched the Grundflos off ‘Adapt’ to 100% and thought it was working but only for a few minutes then cold water I switched it to temperature control and same thing. So I am not sure how to trouble shoot this. A new pump is $408 and a week away. Any ideas?

Can someone tell me what this is called?

Installed a new sink which has a greater depth than the previous one. The current plumbing won’t fit into the sink drains and the garbage disposal is going to be too close to this thing. Can someone please enlighten me as to what this is called and how do I remove it? Thanks all!

New build - this is the hot and cold water pipes throughout the house. Does this look good enough?

I was under impression. Pipes are sturdy ones. This looks too flexible. I may be wrong coz this is the first time i am building a home. Also we have extreme cold weather, wont they burst?

Help with wiring new water heater.

I installed a new water heater but I’m not getting hot water. I installed the ElectriFLEX LD™ (LIGHT-DUTY) Upright Electric (Manual)[https://s3.amazonaws.com/bradfordwhitecorp/wp-content/uploads/commercial_electric_upright_electriflex_ld_naeca_compliant_iomanual_54649.pdf)] I am getting 240v to the wiring block on both sides of the second and third screw but when I test the first two screws on the top thermostat I am not getting 240v. I wired as I think the instructions says to in 3B. I also tried 3A which had the black wire in the first slot. Same results. I’m guessing I must be reading the wiring diagram wrong. Anyone have an idea? Going on day 3 of no hot water!
