Bought this Motherboard refurbished through Amazon.... Is it even worth attempting to get it to run?

Like I said, I just received this Strix Z390-E motherboard refurbished from Amazon after my last mb crapped out on me. Should I even attempt to move my CPU onto this to test it or just return it for a refund? (Of course this all happens right as Starfield comes out 😭)
