Original or the Slim which one would you buy?

So i heard recently that Sony has been trying to sell all the remaining stock of the original PS5 consoles, so that they can introduce the Slim version of the console, end of 2023 probably. So since the cost of the PS5 console have gone down recently, I was thinking about an upgrade. I'm confused since, the slim might be coming out soon. I would like to know which one would you go for and why? Buy the original or wait for the slim one to come out.
