I found these tiny bugs on my toddler's chair outside. They've been there for a week and hatched yesterday.

This thing dropped from a tree, landed on my neck and stayed there for a couple minutes. Only found out about its presence when I felt a scratchy sensation and immediately threw it off. Any info?

The Hell is This

Was outside in the backyard with my dog and saw this in the forest behind the house. I font know specifically if a bug or spider caused but it seems like webs, so I wanted to see if anyone knew or not on here.
