I found these on some lumber. Are they harmful?

What type of spider is this?.

Little guy was on my wall for 2 days, thought he was dead so I just let him be. Came back today and he was gone should I be worried

I keep finding these tiny eggs (I assume they’re eggs?) in my snake’s water dish. They’re only a little larger than grains of sand so unfortunately can’t get any better pics, and I haven’t seen any of the actual bugs. She’s on a paper based bedding, if that makes any difference for what could possibly live in that.
