I... I don't even know how I managed to turn it around

I'm hardstuck 1200 points, any tips on what i should be improving? i play the caro kann and the italian game (giuoco piano game: main line, giuoco pianissimo game/knight attack). when i can't play the caro i improvise and transform the game into a caro which works fine but i dunno, any tips please??
