[Request] How fast would Kabal and his unfortunate opponent need to be going for this MK11 fatality to work?

In Mortal Kombat 11, Kabal can finish his opponent by dragging them along the ground by their ankle at great speed and launching them into the air. He then runs presumably all the way around the world and meets them before they hit the ground with his swords raised, whereupon they get turned into a rather easy two piece jigsaw puzzle. My question is twofold - how fast does Kabal need to be going to meet the flying victim in time, and how fast would the doomed opponent need to be going in order to get cleanly sliced in two in this way?
