Anybody know how to fix this glitch?

I have this reoccuring glitch that keeps popping up every so often, I have tried updating my drivers, unninstalling and reinstalling, moving drives, but nothing seems to fix it. It may be kind of hard to see what is wrong, but across the whole bottom of the screen, it flickers and shows the top of the screen again

This is me and my friend's base right now. Please give suggestions on what to add, and what could be better. We are Post Mechanical Bosses right now.

10 top got their bill down to $0.71 with coupons and Gift Certificates

First table of the day right at 7am was a walk-in 10-top.. not a huge deal but I’m alone, no host or anything until 8am so it can be a lot to juggle. I start to clear plates and ask if bills are split and the main guy says all together.. then pulls out a wad of BOGO coupons and $10 GC’s that my boss hands out like candy. No “One Per Table” warnings on anything, but the computer wont take more than one per bill so I had to split it all up to apply everything, then recombine everything. The end result was $0.71
