Can you help me find this magazine?

I have a Savage Axis 2 chambered in 350 legend for a deer rifle. Lost the mag during season last year and I cannot for the life of me find a replacement magazine. Every shop or website I check either doesn’t have it or has it but out of stock. The only ones I actually found were expensive. One was $80 and a modified high cap one from Snyder mags was $160! I only paid like $400 for the gun so I just can’t justify spending 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of the gun on a single mag… As season is drawing closer I’ve been looking a little harder and still coming up empty handed. Emailed Savage Arms and have yet to receive a response… Anyone know where I can find one of these? I’m at the point where I’m considering just selling the gun and putting the money toward a Ruger American Ranch Rifle. I don’t think I will buy a single Savage ever again. Apparently aftermarket support is a big problem for them. It’s ridiculous

Diamondback .308 problem

I am not very familiar with the terminology so I may get some things wrong. My .308 is sometimes having problems not coming open when using the handle. It feels like it get locked after a short movement. I had some problems of partially ejected casings also. Last time clearing the gas tube back to the bolt cleared that up.

Is this good? Or should I go one more turn? This is the Aero enhanced buffer tube.
