Found these eggs on my elephant ear plant - any ideas what they could be? In Massachusetts

These appeared on my elephant ear plant. Before it gets cold I’d like to bring the plant inside, so I’m curious what insect this could be from. Location is Massachusetts, USA. Thanks!
