What does this symbol mean in a seller’s Bricklink store?

I saw this in a store I am looking at, and I am curious as to what it means. The store automatically calculates shipping, but whenever I add this item with this symbol it removes the shipping and replaces it with TBD. I know it’s not a weight thing though since I tested removing heavier things from my cart, but it only affects the shipping estimate when this symbol is there.

Getting into LEGO after years. Why did LEFO stopped making non-Batman DC sets?

I researhced a bit, and this was the last time non-DC character in aset. Even then, it was just Flash and Aquaman in Batman sets. Did they lose their copyright?
