Can declawed cats enjoy cat trees?

First just want to say, I apologize for any bad grammar. English is my first language, I just can’t seem to not do run-on sentences. Now before anyone jumps at me about them being declawed, these are not my cats and both have their back claws but not their front. One had them removed after her paws were crushed the other I am unsure for the reason but assume it was also medically necessary or they adopted him already declawed since the family are animal lovers that haven’t declawed other cats to my knowledge. These are my friend’s cats, Iroh and Lulu, I’m moving in with my friend soon and given they have two dogs and just had a baby I thought part of me sprucing up my space in their home would be to add a cat tree so they can have a sanctuary from all the loud dogs and eventual toddler that are closer to floor level. I’m making sure it provides vantage points and hiding spots and might add a fountain water bowl in my area as well since it has been mentioned they have been exhibiting weird behaviors lately, like peeing in the water bowl, and I think they may be doing this out of stress. All this leads to my main point, do you think they can still enjoy a kitty tree without claws? I don’t want to get them one only to find they can’t get up into it with their hindered climbing skills but I’ve also had cats before and have seen them just jump to cat tree platforms from the floor. Not sure if that’s normal though because I had proficient hunters who were indoor/outdoor cats but these are fully indoor kitties and don’t know if they might not be as sporty as mine was.
