Xfinity trying to charge me for equipment I don’t have

They’ve been randomly charging me with equipment rental the past 5 years when I have my own equipment. Now that I’ve switched plans, it’s asking me to send the non existent equipment back. I’ve called them probably 15 times about this over the years.

Tipping culture in the US has completely jumped the shark. This pun would have landed better if I hadn't edited out the companies nae a couple of times. Why on Earth would I tip a company on a website where I order diesel truck parts?
