Windows constantly crashing

I need help For a couple of months now, I have started having problems with my PC. I install windows, Windows works fine for a few days or even two weeks and suddenly after turning on it stops working. It just opens the file explorer and stays like that, loading. I have tried with two different hard drives with Windows 10 and Windows 11; both SATA M.2 SSD and Samsung HDD. I have no idea what it could be. Please help! My specs - Ryzen 5 5600G - 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM - MOBO ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 - AMD R9 380 - Power supply EVGA 500W BRONZE I know it's not the best PC, but in my country is the best I could buy, I appreciate the help
