Against this enemy, Luocha doesn’t feel broken anymore

She gives AOE debuff on top of giving 2 debuffs to each character which means you can’t cheese it with single target cleansing anymore. That HP reduction debuff almost always forces him to use his emergency heal immediately. And she doesn’t have crowd control, so Luocha’s crowd control resistance which is what makes him so great against Kafka is useless here.
