Is HSR not opening for anyone else?

Sorry if this is the wrong flair, but my HSR has been refusing to open for a couple hours now. I was playing through the new quest and i closed the game to take a bathroom break, but ever since i came back the game has not been opening. I have enough space in my storage, and my wifi is also great. I don't know what else could be causing this so does anyone have any ideas or has this occurred to anyone else too?

Against this enemy, Luocha doesn’t feel broken anymore

She gives AOE debuff on top of giving 2 debuffs to each character which means you can’t cheese it with single target cleansing anymore. That HP reduction debuff almost always forces him to use his emergency heal immediately. And she doesn’t have crowd control, so Luocha’s crowd control resistance which is what makes him so great against Kafka is useless here.
