Young man in a velvet cap (Petrus Sylvius?) - Rembrandt - 1637
Art historians believe this is Petrus Sylvius, a first cousin of Rembrandt’s wife, Saskia. Sylvius was a preacher who, apparently, could really rock a beret.
Museums around the world have copies of this etching. This one’s from the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia.
