I found this in the park

I had left my house to clear my head, when I literally ran into a person totally covered with a bag. It was around 1 or 2 p.m., there were people in the park but nobody cared about that guy. Note: and I say it was a person, because it moved.

Came back to my car with this on my windshield...

Was shopping in a plaza with my little sister tonight, started heading back to our car pretty late at night. Noticed a man leaning against his van (late 40s) eyeing us as we left the store and walked across the lot. We approached my car from the back since I had stuff to put in the trunk. Didn't even see this until I got home. Inside was more handwriting and a radio station... What do you guys think?🥲
