Best way to clean stovetop burners?

I’m at a loss. I’ve watched videos of people using baking soda and vinegar and tried doing the same, but even with a lot of elbow grease i’m barely making any progress. They make it look so easy but I can’t replicate what they do. Any pro tips for this?

Cat peed on wool rug.

How do I clean this? My parents were going to power wash it but then brought it back because it's wool and the water would ruin it 🙄 I think the cat pee already did because it reaks!!!! What is my best option? I don't have a power washer but I have a hose with a nozzle thing that sprays powerful.
