Lost sweater. Reward up to 50 EUR.

Yesterday at around 18:40-50, I accidentally left a sweater at the Boerderij in the Meijendel. This sweater is beyond important to me. It was a gift from my partner; they designed it and tailored to my size. It is beige with cyrillic imprints on the back, as well as a few birds. The sweater itself is from Arket. One person said that they saw two guys taking it with them, as they couldn't find the owner. Has anyone here found it? If so, please please be so kind as to give it back to me, even if you liked it. It is personally very important and I'm deeply upset for losing it. I can consider a reward for it, of max 30 EUR. Thanks a lot! PS: I apologise for cross-posting within and outside Reddit; I’m doing everything I can to find this sweater back. Thanks!

Illegal to use e-step?

Hi guys, we got my little brother(14) an e-step so that he could go to school with it. Today when he was in the centrum the police stopped him and said that it was illegal to use one. I said that it wasnt legal to use on in the centrum and he said “no, its illegal to use one in general”. Now I am confused because we got the e-step from mediamarkt, and it says 14+ can use it (see attached picture) but then on the rijksoverheid website it says you must be 16+ to use it. I also think he might have misunderstood the police officers because his Dutch isn’t great. Can he use this e-step when going to school or not?
