Found + Harvested Ganoderma Sessile (Reishi) - How is this different from other Reishis? How to Prepare?

Hi, I found this mushroom today growing on some roots… Wondering if this has the same medicinal properties and other Reishi mushrooms and how to prepare it for medicinal use? I know how to prepare plants but not mushrooms, haha.

What kind of a fungus sweats? Found this in Ohio covered in what appeared to be water. It hasn't rained in a few days.

Are these Jack-o-lantern mushrooms? Indiana if that helps
