I thought I’d hate a sleeveless dress.

I’m feeling very pleased after pairing this dress with a blouse. I’m starting a new job as a hostess at a restaurant. I think this looks classy but also clearly signals that I’m working. I wish I could wear heels to work but it might be impossible to find any that can be comfortably worn for so long. The belt is not attached to the dress. Is there any fashion rule against that?
