Brand new Lenovo laptop. Please help

Basically title. Got a brand new Lenovo ideapad 3 gaming. When I boot it gives me "Network media not present , retry media connection for 1 times" error. Then this comes up. When I click ok it sends me to a page to decide on a boot device. Of which just one exists, a network one. They hardly shipped without the SSD did they?

Errr umm I mean “They’re Just Movies”. With the slower video production schedule, is it possible that would could see the return of TJM? Maybe just once a month or every other month? Maybe they could save on production if it went live and uncut like the WAN show. I miss watching the long form factor, hearing them discuss everything from film styles to actors and sound design. It was just so cool!
