Bug in Kitchen. HELP

I keep finding these bugs in my kitchen. I even feel them on my arm. Any help on what they are and how I can get rid of them?

I was visiting Mesa Verde National Park and these little guys were flying all over the front of everyone’s parked cars. I think they are some type of Yellow Jacket?
