I ordered bojangles 12pc box and it was canceled cus the store didn’t have chicken ready. Am I able to reorder now that they should have chicken Also I haven’t received my refund yet, only the statement If I reorder will I still get my refund within 5days as stated? Ofc this happens on my second order ever Like I just want breakfast after work 😭

I’ve only been on the clock for ten minutes and have been offered 3 deliveries where the mileage is double what the pay is…not to mention it’s only $3.50! I’m not doing that shit!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Driver crashed and left

A Dasher dropped off my order. I noted he appeared to be stumbling and acting strange. The next morning I realized my hardscaping on one side of my driveway was destroyed. When I reviewed the footage on my Ring camera I discovered that, after I went back inside, he was driving very strangely and drove right over this. Made a loud crashing sound, and I could hear him yelling from inside his car. It now needs to be repaired, and I’m wondering if I have any recourse to get the driver (or DoorDash) to pay for it.

Why does this happen?

I keep getting texts like this saying I have a new order but nothing ever pops up. Is there a way to fix this?

As title suggest this Is what you all keep saying. Now let me note that I took these on purpose today to show you guys. I even got insulted enough on a " hand it to me" with 10 cent tip. I used hot bag on all, I was polite and friendly. Now where are these magical cash tip or tip after the fact food is delivered ?? But you all are insisting we tip after good service. I could also show you what I add to my stacks as non tip throughout the week on very good tipping orders because they are 1 min away and yet again not a single so called magical tip. But this picture is all I need to show, you all like to play internet heros saying you tip AFTER or be upset some scummy driver took your food or didn't deliver it. But hey here's my evidence of bs
