Refuses to go on bridges

I took my 4-year old boy Kobe on a hike today and he had a great time! BUT, like many other times, he refuses to go on any bridge no matter how wide it is. The refused bridge today would have fit a car, but he noped out on it and we had to go another way. Then, he refused to walk past this one pizzeria, so we went around the block to get to the car. Railroad tracks are also a no from him. Even treats won’t motivate him past his fears, and he’s very food motivated. Anyone have any success in helping their buddies get over fears?

Hot spots

Our 5.5 month old Golden pup gets hot spots whenever he gets wet (we think that's the cause)...if we can't get him 100% dry (which is often since its spring where we are and he loves to be out in the rain/dig in the mud). Any tips to avoid hot spots other than keeping him 100% dry? He had hot spots when we first got him and thought it was due to his chicken-based diet. He's now on lamb and hasn't had hot spots in 2 months until today.
