Does it look like this golden has dwarfism?

I’m about to get one of her puppies but was brought to my attention that the puppy looks like it has dwarfism. Need help deterring if the mom has dwarfism

What supplements / medications are you guys using to help your aging dogs with mobility and joint pain relief? We’ve been doing for a few years glucosamine / Chondroitin/ MSM supplement. I was thinking about medications but when I looked into the injection Librela the risks for that seem terrifying. He is 7, had his ACL done a few years ago and just would like to support him in getting up and down and moving around.
