Are the Drawings that Dennis creates, with large breastfed women a reference to Rocky V?

I was listening to a podcast and it reminded me of when Rocky found a picture his son drew of his French teacher. Rocky turn it around a reveals a large breastfed woman drawn very similar to Dennis' artistic stylings.
