Dignity Health sending me a bill 1 year later because they forgot

So i got injured at work last year in March and I let my work know and everything and went through workman’s comp process and everything and they just recently called me a couple weeks ago saying that there’s still part of it that needs to be paid and basically told me they forgot about it until now and they’re demanding I pay this by the 29th of this month! I have my wedding the 23rd and my fiancé and I are still saving for our move in cost at a new place that we move into this month. So I guess what I’m asking if I can just avoid all this and not pay it and just tell them that my work can pay it or not even respond at all
