So this is what compressing the ball is...
So ive been working on my swing, and swinging the proper way with no early extension, lifting up etc. My swing speed has picked up and these were done using my driver. I had no idea I was never compressing the ball having a really bad swing.
Another reddit user told me the walmart practice balls were trash and he always broke them. Now I get it.

2024 Present!
Wasn’t feeling confident with putter, so went into Club Champion at asked to be fitted to whatever worked. The heavier fat backs felt great.
