Etherum patches Glamsterdam flaw that risked staking deposits

Ethereum developers initially turned down a fix for a bug in the upcoming Glamsterdam upgrade, then reversed course after testing delays gave them more time to examine the issue. The flaw could have sent staking deposits to block builders instead of the intended protocol addresses, a serious risk for network participants.
